International Women's Day Tribute to Caroline Ruhl
At Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors, we are proud to celebrate International Women's Day. We have so many strong women in this company who all deserve support and praise but today, we would like to thank and recognize our CEO, Caroline Ruhl, for her tremendous leadership. Although Caroline would prefer we just continue working and not make a fuss, we can't let this day go by without acknowledging her. Caroline leads from a place of fairness, care, and support for all of us within the Ruhl family.
Jane Mason, a Realtor in the DeWitt office started with Ruhl&Ruhl almost 30 years ago and finds Caroline's leadership unmatched, "...the leadership that Caroline has provided for this company is one of the main reasons I have never felt the need to go anywhere else! Her loyalty and trust to her employees and staff combined with her commitment to excellent service … is unmatched!" For Caroline, leading a company has always been about creating a culture where people care for and about each other and where we all build a better business - and a better life.
